Dar\u00fcber hinaus arbeitet er in der Delfter Keramik-Tradition. In den fr\u00fchen 90er Jahren begann er eine Reihe von gesellschaftspolitischen Katastrophen, die auf gefundenen Porzellantellern namens Disasterware&#x2122; basierten.<\/p>\n<h2>Seine Arbeit:<\/h2>\n<p>Krafft ersetzte menschliche, kugelpolierte Krematorium-Aschen f\u00fcr Spodes&#8216; Anteil an kalziniertem Kuhknochen in seinem Tonk\u00f6rper, was zu einem Produkt f\u00fchrte, das er SPONE nennt. Danach lancierte er diese Idee 2003 auf der Performance-Ausstellung &#8222;Ring of Spone&#8220; im Arthur A. Wright Chapel Columbarium auf dem Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Seattle. In Absprache mit Freunden und Verwandten des Verstorbenen kreiert er weiterhin einzigartige, personalisierte Erinnerungsst\u00fccke auf Provisionsbasis.<\/p>\n<p>Kraffts Haupttechnik ist der Schlickerguss von Porzellan und Steingut, der bei hohen Temperaturen gebrannt wird. Diese skulpturalen Objekte werden dann vor dem letzten Brand von Hand bemalt und glasiert oder mit keramischen Transferaufklebern verziert. Dieser Prozess, der auf niederl\u00e4ndischen delft- und italienischen Majolika-Traditionen basiert, f\u00fchrt zu verf\u00fchrerischen und grotesken Kunstwerken.
